Yoga Spirit


We feel that yoga is an extraordinary tool for expanding health and happiness, and we want to share it with everyone. We teach Yoga from the belief that everything is connected: a healthy body and peaceful mind translate into a better life. YOGA is a highly effective form of physical exercise which, with regular practice, will develop your body into it's optimal state of health. We prioritise well-being and balance, believing that the body needs to be approached holistically: besides strong cardiovascular work, our classes also comprise of stretching and relaxation. Stress-release and detox are as essential to long-term health as toning and weight-regulation.
